Spammy spam spam

I just got a spam e-mail with the contents of what looks like a middle passage of a story... I thought it was pretty funny for spam. I don't blame you if you don't have patience to read the whole thing, but at least read the first couple of lines... and please, laugh.

" He was another one of thosewho did not have much to say. What is the life of a poor Arab in the Legion? He was a Frenchman, true; still, politically he was an Austrian. He could not speak French clearly and was furious if asoldier did not understand him. On both sides of the road were ditches and hedges, and beyond wellcultivated fields. There were about thirty or forty of them. The band played a funeralmarch and we proceeded down the main street to the church. He called it piffle and stupid sentimentality to fight shy ofanything. Even that was difficult forthe slouchy devil-may-care boys and men. The band played a funeralmarch and we proceeded down the main street to the church. A shortceremony was held, nearly all the soldiers refusing to enter thechurch. He was a Frenchman, true; still, politically he was an Austrian. The band played a funeralmarch and we proceeded down the main street to the church. He was the type ofman who would have won honours as a professional torturer in theMiddle Ages. He had registered as aBelgian, and had signed for five years under a false name. Be glad that I am nothaving you punished for presuming to speak to me. Why have you not made yourpetitions in the proper places with your own immediate superiors? He was sulky and had not much to say, and even in return for thecigars I brought him. I bet the Colonel knows what he is here for. A shortceremony was held, nearly all the soldiers refusing to enter thechurch. The targets were at the further end of the field. His great grandfather hadfought at Waterloo under Napoleon I. When Ilooked round Wolters had already left the room."
