Notes for the poem below.

And apparently the only problem with the formatting on the posted version of the poem below was that the lines are supposed to be broken into couplets, except for the single solitary last line (which should actually be pushed all the way to the left margin).

Maybe that will make a difference in your reading of the poem... who knows.

Also, any other title suggestions?
