So I get up this morning to go walking/running with my friend May at 05:00 a.m. and succeed with about 3 miles (only). Then, starting at about 09:00 a.m., my right knee and left ankle keep me limping the rest of the day. What's with that?
I get through my first two batches of classes, losing patience periodically, and then cop out with my last batch by showing the rest of My Fair Lady to them. Ultra last minute. I switched rooms and set up the equipment with less than an hour before class. At the end of the film, as the students were leaving, I kept saying, "See you Friday." They had to remind me that we usually meet on Wednesdays, too. Shoot. Wishful thinking.
I don't know what's gotten into me lately. And I don't think I have an excuse--or is it one to have just gotten back from a whirlwind trip to the U.S.?
I don't know, but I don't think that works.
I've been rebelling in ways that probably only I'm fully aware of (not counting God), and I need someone to kick me back on task. Or something needs to change.
You could pray for that, if you're of the praying sort.
Thanks.
